Original Issue

On April 1, 2025, at 03:30 PM EEST, we identified an issue affecting our QC Read & Understood app for Confluence Cloud. Page update notifications were not sent correctly, with only two unintended recipients receiving them instead of the assigned users.

To prevent further issues, we temporarily disabled page update notifications on April 2, 2025, at 08:57 AM EEST while we investigated the root cause. Later that day, at 03:10 PM EEST, we successfully reproduced the issue and identified its cause.

The issue with page update notifications has been resolved. Notifications are now enabled again. Thank you for your patience.

We are continuing our investigation to implement a permanent fix and ensure this does not happen again. As part of our commitment to security and transparency, we want to assure our users that no personal data was exposed during this incident.
