Behind the Scenes: An Upgrade to Our Support Documentation

Behind the Scenes: An Upgrade to Our Support Documentation

Published on 13 January, 2026 by Sofia Kargioti

We’ve recently made an important improvement to how we manage and publish our product documentation, even though the support site URL you know remains the same.

Previously, our support documentation was hosted on WordPress. As our products and documentation continued to grow, we decided it was time to move to a system better suited for maintaining detailed, constantly evolving technical content.

Today, all documentation is maintained in Confluence and published to our existing support site using Scroll Sites for Confluence Cloud.

What’s changed?

While the support.qc-analytics.com address stays exactly the same, the way we create and publish documentation has improved significantly. This allows us to offer:

  • Better-structured documentation: Content is now organized directly where it’s written and maintained.
  • Faster updates: New features, improvements, and fixes can be documented and published more quickly.
  • Improved navigation and search: Finding the right guide or answer is easier and more intuitive.
  • More consistent content: Documentation stays aligned with how our products evolve over time.

Then and now

Before

Our support site was powered by WordPress, which worked well for presenting static pages and blog-style content. However, as our documentation expanded, it became more challenging to keep complex technical content consistently structured, up to date, and closely aligned with ongoing product changes.

Now

Today, our documentation is written and maintained directly in Confluence and published to the same support site using Scroll Sites for Confluence Cloud. This approach allows us to structure content more clearly, reuse information across pages, and publish updates as soon as they’re ready — without duplication or delays.

These changes may look subtle at first glance, but they help us keep documentation clearer, more accurate, and more up to date.

What does this mean for you?

You’ll continue to access support documentation in the same place at support.qc-analytics.com, just with an improved experience behind the scenes. If you have any feedback or notice anything missing, we’d love to hear from you.
